As our guests, you receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass free of charge, which grants you unlimited use of all public transportation in South Tyrol – including trains, buses, and public cable cars.
The tourist tax is €2.60 per person/night (not included in the apartment price) and is paid on arrival. Children under 14 are exempt.
You can park your car for free in our private underground garage – safe, convenient, and located directly beneath Residence Alpina.
Just about 50 m from our residence, at the public parking lot on the main road in Tisens, there are two Neogy electric vehicle charging stations. You can conveniently charge via app, RFID card, or credit card – using 100% green electricity from South Tyrol.
To confirm your booking, please pay the agreed deposit via bank transfer.
Our pool is open for you daily in summer from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. – perfect for a refreshing dip or relaxing in the garden. Please be considerate of other guests.
Yes, definitely! Families feel especially at home here: our spacious apartments offer plenty of room, and the garden features a pool, toys, and space to play. We’re also happy to recommend family-friendly excursions in the area.
Yes, we offer baby cots and high chairs free of charge on request. Please let us know in advance.
Dogs are very welcome upon request. We charge €10 per day. Please bring your dog’s own bed or blanket to help them feel at home.
Cancellations are never pleasant, but sometimes unavoidable. If you are unable to start your trip as planned, please let us know as soon as possible. In such cases, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Yes, just a few minutes’ walk away you’ll find a well-stocked grocery store, a bakery, and several restaurants and cafés in the center of Tisens. We’re happy to share our personal recommendations with you.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house or apartments. However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony or in the outdoor areas – we just kindly ask you to be considerate of other guests.
