    Useful information for your holiday in South Tyrol

    Sometimes, even on holiday, you feel like getting a taste of the big wide world. That's why free WiFi is available at the Residence Alpina.
    You can park your car free of charge in our car parking area.
    Free use of public transport in South Tyrol and free admission to approx. 90 regional museums.
    On the day of arrival your room will be available from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave your room by 10 a.m. On request, the check-in and check-out times can be extended.
    In order for us to confirm your booking, please pay the agreed deposit by bank transfer.
    The tourist tax amounts to 2.60 € per person and night and has to be paid directly on site. Children up to the age of 14 years are exempt from the tourist tax.
    On request, dogs are welcome at Residence Alpina! For your four-legged friend we charge a daily fee of 10.00 €. Please bring a basket and a blanket for your dog.
    Sometimes, unfortunately, an unforeseen event may occur that prevents you from travelling. If this situation occurs, please inform us as soon as possible and we will offer you the following cancellation conditions:

    • Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge.
    • From 3 months to 1 month before arrival: apartment price for 3 days.
    • Within 30 days before arrival: 100 % of the booking value for the days we are unable to re-rent the apartment.
    • In case of late arrival, early departure or no-show: 100 % of the amount paid for the missing days.
    What if something unexpected happens? You might not be able to start your holiday, or you might have to return home early. To protect yourself financially, we recommend you the purchase of a travel cancellation insurance. Calculate your insurance premium and book via Europäische Reiseversicherung

    You can pay your hotel bill in cash (limit of € 1.999,00) or by bank transfer.
    According to Italian law, smoking is forbidden in the entire building and therefore also in our apartments. Thank you for your understanding!
