On the day of arrival, your apartment will be ready from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10 a.m. Flexible times may be possible upon request.
You can park your car for free in our private underground garage – safe, convenient, and located directly beneath Residence Alpina.
Breakfast can be booked on request for €16 per person. Children up to 3 years old eat free of charge, children aged 4–8 pay €8, and children aged 9–11 pay €10. Booking is required no later than the evening before. Breakfast is not available during the winter months.
Yes, we’re happy to offer a fresh bread delivery service in the morning – straight from the bakery to your apartment door. The service is available on request and for a small fee.
A 24-hour self-service fridge with drinks and small snacks is available on site. It offers mineral water, soft drinks, beer, wine, chips, peanuts and chocolate, among other items.
Yes, free Wi‑Fi is available throughout the entire Residence Alpina – perfect for staying connected.
Our pool is open for you daily in summer from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. – perfect for a refreshing dip or relaxing in the garden. Please be considerate of other guests.
Dogs are very welcome upon request. We charge €10 per day. Please bring your dog’s own bed or blanket to help them feel at home.
As our guests, you receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass free of charge, which grants you unlimited use of all public transportation in South Tyrol – including trains, buses, and public cable cars.
The tourist tax is €2.60 per person/night (not included in the apartment price) and is paid on arrival. Children under 14 are exempt.
Just about 50 m from our residence, at the public parking lot on the main road in Tisens, there are two Neogy electric vehicle charging stations. You can conveniently charge via app, RFID card, or credit card – using 100% green electricity from South Tyrol.
To confirm your booking, please pay the agreed deposit via bank transfer.
Yes, definitely! Families feel especially at home here: our spacious apartments offer plenty of room, and the garden features a pool, toys, and space to play. We’re also happy to recommend family-friendly excursions in the area.
Yes, we offer baby cots and high chairs on request. Please let us know in advance.
Cancellations are never pleasant, but sometimes unavoidable. If you are unable to start your trip as planned, please let us know as soon as possible. In such cases, the following cancellation conditions apply:
  • Up to 3 months before: free cancellation
  • From 3 months before: 3 days' rent
  • From 30 days before: 100% for unoccupied days
  • No‑show or early departure: 100% for lost nights
Whether you have to cancel your holiday or return home earlier – stay protected with the travel insurance by Europäische Reiseversicherung. Calculate your insurance premium and book via Europäische Reiseversicherung
You can pay in cash (up to €1,999.99), by bank transfer, or with a credit card – whichever is most convenient for you.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house or apartments. However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony or in the outdoor areas – we just kindly ask you to be considerate of other guests.
Our apartments can accommodate 1 to 6 people, depending on the type. We’re happy to help you choose the perfect one for your group or family.
Yes, every apartment has its own private kitchen, fully equipped with a stove, fridge, cookware, cutlery, dishes, a kettle, and a coffee machine.
Yes, bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen cloths are all provided in your apartment – no need to bring your own.
Yes, upon request we’re happy to wash your laundry. We charge € 10 per load. Just ask us directly during your stay.
Yes, final cleaning is already included in the apartment price – enjoy your stay right up to the last moment.
We are a family-run business and live directly on the property – we're personally available if you have any questions or need assistance.
In the centre of Tesimo, about a 1-minute walk from Residence Alpina, you will find the small supermarket NaveS, which is perfect for daily essentials. About 2 minutes away on foot, there is also the Zöggeler bakery offering fresh bread and pastries. Larger supermarkets and additional shops are located in Lana, about a 10-minute drive away.
In the centre of Tesimo and the surrounding area, you will find various restaurants, pizzerias and traditional South Tyrolean inns. Many of them can be reached on foot or within a few minutes by car.
